Coty Brand Ambassadors (Freelancers) are responsible for delivering retail sales goals *detailed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) listed below, while also responsible building strong retailer relationships, delivering flawless in store execution and protecting brand equity. Coty Brand Ambassadors (Freelancers) must represent brand image at all times and adhere to retailer vendor/brand representative rules and guidelines on a daily basis.
Brand Ambassador (Freelancer) Key Expectations / Performance Indicators:
· Achieve/Exceed Daily/Monthly/Quarterly retail sales goals
o Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals provided by the Sales & Education Executive.
o Engage in professional and collaborative relationships with retail partners to help deliver sales results in assigned store/s.
o Ensure successful execution of in-store events and launches.
· Maximize In-Store Presence
o Execute gondola and secondary visual merchandising per brand planograms
o Communicate stock sufficiency's and deficiencies.
o Participate in creating new initiatives, Holiday Key Merchandising Plans and Eventing guidance
o Communicate in-store opportunities for maximum exposure to the SEE for negotiation with the retail partner
o Secure incremental visual opportunities at door level: towers, tables, endcaps, etc.

Duties:
- Represent and promote the brand in a positive and professional manner
- Engage with consumers to create brand awareness and generate interest
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information about the brand
- Attend events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to stigmatize the brand
- Create and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Collect feedback and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to confidently speak in public and engage with diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of the brand and its products/services
- Previous experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend events
