In addition this role will be responsible for consolidating and identifying opportunities for distribution across all channels in all LATAM countries. The role will also be responsible for tracking progress on contract renewals across all countries.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollect, monitor and provide insights on sales results and trends; in sell out, sell in and inventoryMaintain and build dashboards that allow business analysisFacilitate data communication and decision making throughout the decision-making processAnalyze the strategies for LATAM in regard to size of market possible expansion plans and evolution of our categoriesCollaborate multifunctionally to contextualize the dataOrganize data sharing sessions on key LATAM / industry topicsReview customer forecasts versus the expectations of the planLead the distribution update and provide insight on the opportunities for the year and beyondLead the tracking of the contract renewal glidepath for all countries in both disvisionsCRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORSResults and action oriented with excellent follow up skillsHigh level interpersonal skills with ability to work collaboratively with multifunction team and build relationships with the distributorsAnalytical skills to review data and provide insightsPresentation skills - ability to present and communicate with confidence.Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.Able to work through complex situationsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, applied informatics, data science, business management or similar areas2-3 years of relevant experience in retail, luxury, marketing, or fast moving consumer good salesAbility to breakdown and solve problems through quantitative thinkingComfort with ambiguous, ever changing situations in a fast paced environmentCapability to drive an independent workstream in the context of broader team projectStrong interpersonal skills, self motivated, collaborative, and “can do” attitudeAbility too communicate effectively both verbally and in writingProficient in excel and power pointLanguage : Fluent English and Spanish.Working knowledge of Power BI is a plusWHAT WE OFFERThis is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
