Warehouse Technician Role Summary:
This is an entry-level position as a member of a work team reporting to the Team Leader. The role involves shipping and receiving functions, operating and maintaining high-speed automated equipment, computer systems, and product distribution systems.
The Role
- Technicians will work as part of a team in a customer-service-oriented environment with some shift and mandatory overtime required.
- The role requires good planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize daily and long-term needs, and handle multiple tasks/priorities.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and passionate ownership are expected.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use basic hand and power tools; lift up to 50 pounds by bending and stooping; climb, stand, and move around on stairs, ladders, and platforms.
- Twist, turn, and bend; stand on concrete floors for an extended period of time.
- Operate, maintain, and clean automated equipment; maintain accurate records and data.
- Strong technical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of computers.

- Able to read, comprehend, and comply with safe work practices, written work processes, SOPs, and GMPs.
- Able to work with people of diverse backgrounds and build constructive working relationships with others.
- Able to work in a team environment that includes temporary workforce and resolve teamwork issues.
