What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shift Manager position at Couch Investments, LLC.?
Shift managers are responsible for helping the team the are supervising, leading the employees by example and making sure that our customers are receiving the absolute best customer service. Shift managers have the same job description as a cashier but they also watch over the activities of the entire business so that all of our customers needs are being met and our policies/procedures are carried out. This is a full time salary position.
