Description
We are a multi-state law firm seeking an Attorney licensed in LA, MS, AL, AR, TN, OK, TX, KS or MO. Multi-licensed preferred.
Our primary practice focuses upon legal collections for financial institutions.
We are seeking a part-time (15-25 hours per week) associate attorney to handle new case review, review, sign and approve pleadings prior to being filed with the Court (Suits/Petitions, Default Judgments, Dismissal, Satisfactions, etc.)
This is a non-adversarial litigation position; no court appearances and flexible office hours. Ability scale hours week over week and some remote work (when possible). Firm will cover malpractice insurance for all work performed.
Must be able to perform multiple tasks on a PC (excel, Word Perfect, Adobe, Outlook etc.) at a high level.
