As a member of the Administrative team, the Office Assist will perform various routine clerical duties to support the firm.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate people and prepare messages.
- Assist with greeting clients at reception.
- Assist with the completion of intake calls of potential clients and direct them to appropriate attorney / practice group.
- Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and other legal documents from written and oral drafts.
- Assist staff and attorneys with clerical related tasks (i.e. organization of files, mailings, data entry, etc.)
- Assist with projects at request of attorneys and / or leadership.
