The successful applicant will have the opportunity to immediately jump into a busy docket of class actions, mass torts, and arbitration claims. The candidate will begin first-chairing arbitration trials (hearings) as soon as they feel prepared to do so. Because of the nationwide practice of the firm, travel for hearings, depositions, and trials may be required.
