Responsibilities – Sales Consultant:

• Transform curiosity into commitment by building genuine connections with customers
• Guide test drives while making the experience fun, informative, and unforgettable (bonus points for a killer playlist)
• Help customers see the value in upgrades like heated seats and premium sound systems
• Explain financing and vehicle features with clarity and confidence
• Treat every car like it has a personality—because it does!

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Consultant:

• 
  At least 2 years of great customer service
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the ability to talk someone into upgrading to the deluxe model
• A knack for making complex topics (like interest rates) sound simple
• Exceptional communication and people skills
• Bonus points for a sense of humor and a love of cars!
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs
• Ability to commute to Mesa, AZ 85206 or plans to relocate before starting work
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
