The CBCSD is seeking applicants for the following position for the 2025-2026 school year:
Position: Behavior Consultant: Special Education
Location: Franklin Elementary School
Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (8.0 hrs/day)
Salary (based on 2024-25): $48,841.00 (BA/0 Years of Experience) and increases based on degree and experience
This position will be posted for a minimum of three (3) days. Qualified applicants will be contacted by Human Resources.

- Required: Master's Degree in education, psychology, social work or related mental health field
- Required: Iowa teaching license with special education endorsement or counseling endorsement; or professional service license through the BoEE or ability to receive one upon hire (optional: licensed through the Iowa Department of Public Health as a BCBA in addition to the BoEE license)
