Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage issuance, modification, and tracking of ID cards for employees, ensuring compliance with airport regulations
- Conduct ID card audits and maintain accurate employee records and data management
- Handle calls, schedule appointments, greet guests, and manage reception area
- Maintain office supplies and contribute to a positive work environment
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong organizational and time management skills
Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
