CAO has a proven track record for sourcing and staffing the right talent for top companies at JFK, Newark, and LaGuardia Airports. The Host will work onsite at LGA Airport.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Be the first smile they see! Welcome guests with warmth and excitement, guide them to their tables, and set the tone for an amazing experience
- Know the goods! Keep your product knowledge sharp so you can offer top-notch recommendations and confidently answer questions
- Keep it flowing! Balance the workload between servers and jump in to help when needed — teamwork makes the dream work!
- Stay fresh! Keep the front door area tidy and maintain a clean, polished appearance that reflects pride in what you do
- Speak up! Quickly share guest feedback or concerns with managers to keep every experience positive and memorable
- Be in the know! Stay up to date on airport, terminal, and restaurant info — offering tips, recommendations, and a friendly helping hand
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
