Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and providing recommendations
- Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge
- Greet and welcome customers while responding to inquiries
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise
- Process transactions by scanning items, handling payments, and providing change
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service experience in retail preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred
- Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays
