Role Description
This is a part-time role, with potential to go full-time, for a Regional Director of high school exchange student placements. The Regional Director will be responsible for the recruitment, training, and management of a team of independent contractors, to facilitate the placement and support of international high school students in the USA with volunteer host families. This is an incredibly fun job, working with an amazing, supportive team around the USA. Opportunities for domestic and international travel! The ideal candidate will reside in or have experience living and/or working in the state of Illinois.
Qualifications
- Experience in direct sales
- Comfortable with recruitment, cold calling, public speaking
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- A passion for cultural exchange!
- Experience using Mircosoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Social media skills preferred
