Description of Work: Due to our continuous growth on our contract within the Office of the Chief Medical Officer at Customs and Border Protection we are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our team. The Junior Business Analyst will provide medical program data, information management, and help desk support.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly meeting agendas and manage internal and external taskers.
- Draft communications for headquarters and the field.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for automation.
- Organize and coordinate training events.
- Provide ongoing operations and sustainment support for processes, operational data models, and program information records/files.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Experience with medical programs highly preferred
- Operational experience with health program data and information management in an EMS, law enforcement, military, or humanitarian setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with ability to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products required
- Detail-oriented and analytical troubleshooting experience
- Experience in medical program data and information management
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Prior work at DHS, CBP, or FEMA a huge plus
