Position Summary

The Total Rewards Coordinator provides general process and administrative support for the Total Rewards team as part of Human Resources. The coordinator supports benefits processes, compliance activities, system processes, metrics and analysis, and helps to improve procedures across the department. The coordinator ensures effective execution and compliance with CFR and regulatory guidelines, while creating a positive employee experience. This position will report to the Director, Total Rewards and will work closely and collaboratively with the Total Rewards team.

 

This position is based in CFR’s New York office on a hybrid basis. CFR currently defines hybrid status as working at least three days a week onsite, with Tuesdays and Thursdays considered institutional anchor days where all staff are required to be onsite.

The major responsibilities of this position will include (but are not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support for the Total Rewards team, including, but not limited to: processing vendor invoices in a timely manner, assisting with online new hire benefits enrollment, processing data, maintaining records, scheduling meetings
  • Coordinate approval of submissions and prize distribution for the employee Health and Wellness program
  • Assist the Total Rewards and Talent teams with ad hoc and recurring events, such as wellness events and new hire orientation. May, on occasion, support wellness events in the early morning or late evening
  • Maintain electronic employee files in HRIS system
  • Assist with various HR-related administrative tasks, special projects and reports — These are often highly confidential and/or urgent
  • Provide support for benefits audits including, but not limited to, I-9 and E-verify audits
  • Respond to employee benefits and health and wellness inquiries. Monitor benefits email inbox and respond in a timely manner
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and equivalent experience

Experience

  • At least 2 years of progressively responsible administrative experience in HR or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with and/or interest in HR principles and laws
  • Interest in HR systems. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, a plus

Compensation and Benefits

  • The full-time annual compensation range for this position is $64,000 – $70,000, depending on experience
