About the role
We are seeking a talented, driven, and fast-moving Senior AI Research Scientist to join us in defining the future of human AI collaborative care models.
As our first AI Research Scientist, you will have significant responsibility and ownership over our AI infrastructure, model development, and future AI team.
Our culture is fast-paced and ambitious, and we aim for every team member to be exceptional. The ideal candidate would be able to work from our office in New York, but we are open to strong candidates who are remote.
What you'll be working on
- Building robust model and prompt evaluation frameworks for medical LLMs
- Improving our RAG pipeline to boost model performance and augment physician workflows
- Scaling retrieval for health records, medical journals, and other sources of data
- Improving our medical model performance on a variety of clinical tasks
- Building AI features that scale up a physician's quality and efficiency by orders of magnitude
