We are looking to hire a masters level fully Licensed Counselor (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) who desires to help individuals and couples learn to thrive, not just survive.

Minimum Qualifications
- Masters Degree
- Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in the state of Virginia.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Possesses foundational knowledge of clinical skills, treatment approaches, and treatment planning
- High degree of professionalism and ethics
- Excellent time management skills
- Applicant must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience after graduate school preferred
- Certified in EMDR is a plus but not required
- State certified LPC / LMFT Supervisor is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Administer intake and assessment, deliver interventions, monitor progress, and document accordingly
- Maintain required client contact and confidentiality
- Maintain good standing with the appropriate professional licensing board
- Complete and maintain all required continuing education requirements for specific licensure and specializations
- Stay current with updated research and best practices
- Maintain up to date case files within our electronic health record (EHR) system
- Contribute to company publications as needed
- Assist in client communication
