We have openings at our CARE Clinic . The role of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant requires a Prescriber to be licensed in Oklahoma with current DEA Number preferred, or licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, with a history of training and / or experience in Family Medicine / Primary care and prescribing medications across the lifespan. Experience in similar healthcare field preferred. Training and / or experience in Psychiatry or prescribing psychiatric medications favored but not required. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred .
The starting annual salary for a Provider is $130,000.00

Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, staff member regularly is required to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time, use hand to finger and moving fingers in a repetitive motion manner or feel controls; and reach with hands and arms. While performing the duties of job, the employee providing own transportation may travel to Sand Springs and is exposed to changing weather conditions.
