- Steady stream of clients
- Full administrative support (intake session scheduled for you and billing taken care of)
- Flexible work hours
- Private practice autonomy with group practice support
- Diverse population of clients

- Access to leadership, medications prescriber, peer support, individual supervision, specialty group supervision, and diversity specialist on a weekly or as-needed basis
What our employees say about Counseling Associates:
"It is a caring and supportive work environment where staff is encouraged to grow."
"I have the freedom to create my own schedule and practice, but I have the support of many behind me to help with the billing, insurance, and scheduling details. I also have a community of counselors who I can depend on to provide me with feedback and support."
"I get to be a therapist to my clients without hassles."
Our practice uses Office 365 (Teams, Outlook) for real time communication and Zoom for Healthcare for continuity with clients. We also support and encourage clinicians’ pursuit of professional interests and development of their practice, interests, and specialties.
