What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Counseling Clinic, Inc?
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- MAINTENANCE: Perform light electrical, auto, plumbing, carpentry repairs and move furniture as directed by supervisor. Report problems to supervisor.
- INSPECTIONS: May assist with inspections of all sites on a monthly basis and report deficiencies and needed repairs to Supervisor.
- HEALTH/SAFETY: Identify and evaluate hazards that may be common in SGT operations and notify supervisor to correct such exposures; identify and control job related health hazards; and maintain safety standards per SGT Policy and Procedures and OSHA Regulations.
- VEHICLES MAINTENANCE: Inspects & schedules auto maintenance and service for SGT vehicles as directed. Completes auto inspections/reports for maintenance and safety issues per Arkansas Highway Dept. standards as directed.
- PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES, AND SKILLS (KAS):
- Ability to perform minor repairs of equipment and buildings.
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions and to work relatively unsupervised.
- Knowledge of janitorial and maintenance of buildings, houses and grounds.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
- Ability to monitor work of others.
- Ability to deal with the public.
