We have an opening at our Yale location. The role of a Client Experience Lead requires a High school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three years experience supporting administrative, clinical, and support staff to develop professionalism and coordination within a team. Related and appropriate educational training may be substituted for years of work experience.
The starting hourly rate for the Client Experience Lead $20.00 an hour.

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Using this model, the agency provides trauma-informed care helping to create an environment of safety, identify and manage emotions, process loss and help clients create a future of growth and change. Due to tremendous growth, we are hiring a Client Experience Lead at our Yale location. Example of Position Responsibilities :
Other Duties : Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures / programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences / facilities.
