We have an opening at our Tulsa location . The role of Facilities Manager requires a High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field. Proven experience managing multiple properties and coordinating with various vendors and contractors.
The starting hourly rate for Facilities Manager is $33.00.

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Using this model, the agency provides trauma-informed care helping to create an environment of safety, identify and manage emotions, process loss and help clients create a future of growth and change. Due to tremendous growth, we are hiring a Facilities Manager at our Tulsa location . Example of Position Responsibilities :
Other Duties : Practice and promote the Sanctuary model seven commitments (nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy, and growth and change), SELF, and Tools with staff and clients. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Physical Requirements : Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures / programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences / facilities.
