We have an opening at our Tulsa location . The role of Facilities Manager requires a High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or a related field. Proven experience managing multiple properties and coordinating with various vendors and contractors.

The starting hourly rate for Facilities Manager is $33.00.

Counseling & Recovery Services of Oklahoma provides mental health and substance abuse treatment, physical health care management and wellness services for over 5,000 children and adults annually. We are Oklahoma's only community mental health center certified in the Sanctuary model of care. Using this model, the agency provides trauma-informed care helping to create an environment of safety, identify and manage emotions, process loss and help clients create a future of growth and change. Due to tremendous growth, we are hiring a Facilities Manager at our Tulsa location . Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

  • Strong understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
  • Strong negotiation skills to establish and maintain relationships with vendors and reduce expenses.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
  • Ability to manage budgets, prepare cost estimates, and make financial decisions related to facilities management.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Example of Position Responsibilities :

  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all properties owned by the organization.
  • Manage and maintain all facility HVAC control software.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Ensure all buildings comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Act as point of contact for facility-related emergencies and coordinate response efforts.
  • Maintain documentation of all facility maintenance activities, expenses, and expenditures.
  • Order equipment and supplies needed for building maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee contracts specific to building maintenance and ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
  • Other Duties : Practice and promote the Sanctuary model seven commitments (nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy, and growth and change), SELF, and Tools with staff and clients. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.

    Physical Requirements : Must be able to move from location to location, bending, stooping, lifting 25 pounds, communicate clearly, prepare written communications, present information to other employees, process complex information within established procedures / programs, enter data to various programs. Must be able to climb stairs and access non-handicapped equipped residences / facilities.
