We have openings at our CARE Clinic. The role of a Nurse (RN/LPN) requires a High School diploma or equivalent- Possession of a valid current Oklahoma license as a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse approved by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to practice nursing and at least three (3) years of professional nursing experience. Demonstrated familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare standards and insurance claims as well as psychotropic medications.
The starting hourly rate for a Registered Nurse is $37.00
The starting hourly rate for a Licensed Practical Nurse is $28.00

- Ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality guidelines for interactions regarding client information.
- Ability to interface with client, administration, clinical staff, other support and the general public in a clear, polite and respectful manner at all times.
- Able to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with fellow employees, clients and the public.
- Ability to communicate clearly to interact with staff, clients and administration and the community both in person and on the telephone.
- Following up with clients on missed appointments and assisting to notify them of upcoming appointments.
- Assisting with filling out FMLA and disability paperwork per the NP/PA/Physician discretion.
- Triage client phone calls while discussing concerns and providing limited advice per knowledge base.
- Discussing client concerns with the provider and treatment team to identify solutions.
- Assisting with vitals and phlebotomy when needed.
- Review labs obtained and notify clients and provider of out of range numbers and schedule follow ups as needed.
- Keep all corresponding paperwork current and turned in on time.
- Support and promote a service environment for individuals in need of behavioral health and/or co-occurring services that is recovery focused, welcoming, and attentive to the needs of individuals who may have experienced trauma in their lives.
- Have the skills to de-escalate clients who are agitated, anxious, angry, or in other vulnerable emotional states.
- Practice and promote the Sanctuary model seven commitments: nonviolence, emotional intelligence, social learning, open communication, social responsibility, democracy and growth and change. Utilize the Sanctuary tools and SELF as appropriate with clients and staff.
