We have an opening at our Yale office. This is an in office position. The role of a Clinical Systems & Business Intelligence Specialist requires the c ompletion of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or related field. Background in mental health settings and previous experience in clinical systems management, business intelligence or a similar role preferred.
Two years of experience as a data analyst or in data management, including developing dashboards using Excel is preferred. Advanced level skills using Power BI and Excel (e.g., pivot tables/charts, using shapes, and textboxes) required. Familiarity with data management and reporting tools. Strong understanding of Electronic Health Record (HER) systems and troubleshooting techniques.
The starting annual salary for Clinical Systems & Business Intelligence Specialist is $60,000.00.

The role also involves leading client satisfaction surveys and presenting the findings in clear, actionable formats. - Collect, analyze and present clinical data to identify trends and key insights
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and Excel reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize Excel advanced features such as pivot tables, formulas, and dashboards to visualize data and generate reports.
- EHR Facilitation & Troubleshooting
- Support the facilitation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) processes, helping ensure efficient and accurate system use.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting through help desk operations, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Improvement
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of QA/QI initiatives, ensuring services align with best-practice guidelines.
- Conduct quantitative chart reviews to ensure services comply with regulatory requirements.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of QA/QI efforts, documenting all actions and outcomes.
- Client Satisfaction & Survey Management
- Manage the creation and distribution of client satisfaction surveys, ensuring timely feedback collection.
- Analyze survey data and present findings in a clear, digestible format to inform organizational improvements.
- Training & Performance Improvement
- Facilitate training sessions focused on system use, performance improvement, and best practices.
- Collaboration & Reporting
