Community Associates, a program of the Counseling Service of Addison County, is looking for an amazing individual to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. In this role, you'll work with adults with developmental disabilities, helping them grow in job and community settings, gain more independence, build social and communication skills, and foster a community they can call their own.
We're seeking someone who's compassionate, patient, dependable, flexible, and has great judgement. If you're someone who also has fantastic mentoring skills, that's a bonus! You'll be working Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
High school diploma or equivalent, clean background, clean driving record and use of personal vehicle with required insurance coverage. $19/hour with 37.5 hours per week. We offer an excellent benefits package.
