We are a fast growing junk and debris removal brand looking for an energetic individual that is comfortable with in person “cold” and warm sales. This person must be organized with strong communication and relationship building skills. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company at a pivotal moment. The ideal candidate is a driven person with ambition towards growth and expansion, who understands how do develop new relationships and foster existing ones. This position requires outside sales 'know-how', resiliency, and an urgent need to grow a sales network and relationships with property managers and service managers. This is not a position where leads are always provided, but rather acquired by the sales representative.
Position success will lead to a company vehicle.
Looking for someone with a proven outside-sales track record where leads were not always provided.
Position Purpose and Responsibility:
The primary focus of the sales representative will be to ensure ongoing revenue growth through new customer acquisition and the nurturing of existing customers. The representative is responsible for utilizing company training, tools and existing skillset to consistently meet revenue growth goals. The representative is expected to maintain an open mind and to commit to constant improvement through professional development.
Compensation:
$38,000 Base Commission on New Sales Gas Card and Potential Company Vehicle
Specific Duties:
- In-person visits of new commercial and residential clients using phone, digital and analog strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals set by management through hard work, organization and creative thinking.
- Update and maintain company provided prospecting and CRM tools and systems.
- Adjust sales approach and strategies when necessary to ensure success in changing economic environments.
- Help to build and protect the growth of the Count Junkula brand by fostering strong customer relationships.
- Maintain or improve on operational efficiencies and work well with others.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting and forecasting.
Additional Duties:
- Welcome and grow from constructive criticism provided by management.
- Complete all assigned professional development and implement new strategies where appropriate.
- Maintain positive and friendly attitude at all times.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- MUST have prior sales experience with cold sales or self generated client leads.
- MUST have positive attitude and be a team player.
- MUST show up to work on time and ready to work hard.
