Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various installation tasks, including drywall, flooring, and siding. This role requires hands-on experience in construction and remodeling, as well as the ability to work efficiently on-site while ensuring high-quality results. The Installation Technician will be responsible for executing installations with precision and adhering to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation tasks for installation of cabinets.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete projects.
- Conduct framing carpentry work as needed to support installation projects.
- Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects to ensure timely completion.
- Handle heavy lifting and maneuver materials on construction sites.
- Apply caulking and other finishing touches to ensure installations meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Cabinet installation, framing services, or related fields.
- Valid Nebraska Operators Permit with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with flooring installation techniques and materials.
- Knowledge of construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Experience in siding installation is a plus.
- Strong skills in frame carpentry and basic construction methods.
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 pounds) regularly throughout the workday.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools required for installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
