Due to Growth, Counter-Form LLC is seeking a Production Associate
Rate : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Work Schedule : Schedule will vary based on workload; Full-time with overtime.
First Shift : Monday thru Friday starting at 6 : 30am (No Weekends!)

What you will do :
The Production Associate will assist in various forms of fabrication to assist in the primary manufacturing of countertops. This can range from working with hand tools, wood working equipment, and general labor.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Retrieve, lift and place correct top and parts.
- Review production order tags.
- Assemble / apply wood parts for buildup and padding tops.
- Responsible for quality control, check each piece to ensure it is the correct size and length, and that the laminate has no flaws.
- Maintain production quotas.
- Ability to expand knowledge of materials, production processes, and quality control techniques.
- Other duties as assigned.
