Due to Growth, Counter-Form LLC is seeking a 1st shift Customer Service Representative!
Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Pay raise opportunities at 2 months, 6 months and 12 months of employment!
Work Schedule: First Shift: Monday thru Friday (No Weekends!)

What you will do:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of products and our manufacturing process
- Service new and existing accounts by telephone, fax and email
- Provide technical product information and pricing to customer
- Computer entry of detailed orders and price quotations
- Process orders for production
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Identify and work with Sales Representatives to follow up on potential sales leads
- Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company
- Other duties as assigned
What you need:

- Post high school education
- College or technical degree – (Preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience required, in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
