We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Events Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, while also supporting the implementation of marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive engagement. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, conferences, and customer engagement activities from start to finish.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, website, etc.) to promote events and company initiatives.
- Manage relationships with vendors, sponsors, and event partners to ensure seamless event execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, PR, Design, etc.) to create event materials, digital content, and promotional assets.
- Assist in the development and execution of branding and promotional strategies.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Update event information and content on the company website to ensure accurate, timely, and engaging event details are available to all stakeholders.
- Track the global event schedule, monitor attendance, and evaluate overall event performance to ensure alignment with business goals and to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for events and marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Experience with HubSpot, Asana, WordPress, Craft CMS a plus.
- US domestic travel is required for two to three events per year.
- US work authorization required, no visa sponsorship.
