About the Role
- Enter orders and proposals accurately using the company's CRM and ERP systems
- Create and organize sales materials, formal proposals, and presentations for Furniture Account Executives
- Facilitate the upkeep and accuracy of the CRM database, ensuring data integrity
- Utilize the CRM to establish baseline sales metrics, create dashboards, and monitor performance indicators
- Research potential leads to compile targeted account lists for the sales team
- Communicate with established accounts, respond to inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated aptitude for building rapport and fostering relationships in person and over the phone
- Technical proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools, especially Zoho CRM, is a plus
