Requirements/Responsibilities
Responsibilities: -Prepare and cook a variety of menu items in accordance with established recipes and high standards of quality. -Ensure every dish is presented with precision, maintaining the highest quality standards. -Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and work area, ensuring equipment and utensils are properly managed. -Engage with customers professionally, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. -Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with care and professionalism, always striving for the best possible experience. -Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations while fostering a positive team environment. -Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines to guarantee the safety of both customers and staff. Qualifications: -Proven experience in a restaurant or food service setting, with a strong track record of excellence in preparation and service. -Leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide team members while maintaining a positive work culture. -Exceptional cooking skills, able to deliver high-quality dishes quickly and consistently. -Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities. -Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary. -Food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent) is preferred.
