What are the responsibilities and job description for the Milner's Part-time Bartender position at Country Club of Birmingham?
Must be 21 or older
Scheduled workdays: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Essential Functions
· Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
This candidate should be:
· Customer-service oriented;
· Have a positive, outgoing personality;
· Be organized and capable of multi-tasking
· Be able to work a variable schedule
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available
· Requests additional supplies as necessary
· Follows set-up procedures
· Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks
· Greets members and guests
· Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Manager
· Reports complaints to a manger as soon as they occur
· Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment
· Cleans and lock-ups according to procedures
· Attends staff meetings as required

Job Type: Part-time
