Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Line Cook located in Towson, MD. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities include cooking food to order, maintaining stock levels, preparing ingredients, and collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. The Line Cook will also be expected to follow recipes, manage portion sizes, and efficiently handle multiple orders at once.
Qualifications
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion control
- Skills in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
