JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Restaurant Manager FLSA STATUS: Exempt
REPORTS TO: Director of Food & Beverage DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage
JOB SUMMARY:
The Restaurant Manager facilitates and plans activities to ensure the correct operation of the food and beverage department. This role is responsible for coordinating staff activities related to managing day-to-day operations, as well as special events as needed. The Restaurant Manager manages service and breakdown of events efficiently and ensure all personnel follow specific food and beverage protocols to increase member satisfaction.
Benefits offered for full-time employees only (working 30 or more hours every week) after 60-days of employment, to include health, dental, life, vision, critical illness and disability insurance, 401k after 1,000 hours worked with enrollments at April 1 and October 1 and paid personal leave.
