What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server / Bartender- Willing to train position at Country Club of Paducah?
Dining Room Server
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Days: Tuesday–Sunday (weekends required)
Servers work in a tip pool, with average earnings of $20/hour or more for the right team members.
Serving experience required.
We’ll also train you to bartend private events — a great opportunity to grow your skills and increase your earnings!
Poolside Server
Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Spend your summer poolside while providing top-notch service to our members in a casual, outdoor setting. This seasonal role is perfect for outgoing, energetic team players who love to stay busy and enjoy the sun.
Serving experience preferred, but not required. We’ll train the right fit!
