Job Summary:
Under the general guidance and supervision of the Senior Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant General Manager, the Bartender is responsible for the overall execution of the member and guest beverage experience while dining at the Club.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Greeting members and guests by name when possible
· Providing a welcoming environment to members and guests while enjoying food and beverage at the Club
· Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the Club’s specifications for member/guests at the bar and dining areas.
· Ensuring prompt and courteous attention to member and guest needs while providing superb overall customer service
· Maintaining a clean and safe environment, working with team members when necessary
· Performs other duties as directed by Senior Food & Beverage Manager
Education and Experience:
· Prior experience as a bartender or server is preferred
· Prior experience at a Golf Club or Country Club is preferred
- Must have Nighttime and Weekend availability.
