DescriptionThis part to full-time hourly position is an exceptional opportunity and is available immediately. The St. Albans experience sets the standard for world-class service in a private country club setting, and we are looking for individuals who will help us fulfill that standard. As a server at St. Albans you have one of the most important jobs within the club. As a service team it is our goal to make sure members receive the type of service they have come to expect. You must be personable, timely and have a positive attitude every day you come to work. We offer flexible scheduling and currently need to fill day and evening positions including weekends and some holidays. These positions will be ideal for anyone in school or looking for a second job
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Uphold the highest level of service for our Members and their guests.
- Greet Members and guide them through service.
- Maintain a "Sense of Urgency" when on and off the floor.
- Maintain a friendly and open attitude for all Members and staff alike.
- Ensure proper storage of all service-related and food items.
- Work as a "Team" in A La Carte staff and Banquets.
- To anticipate and go above and beyond for our Members. Helps team reach common goals.
- Adhere to set quality, consistency, and efficiency expectations and standards
- Communicate any additional changes to Food and Beverage Manager and back of house leader as needed.
