What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Engagement Specialist - Drinks position at COUNTRY CLUB OF THE NORTH?

Country Club of the North is seeking staff with excellent people and communication skills. Proven experience in serving beverages and snacks and demonstrated outstanding customer service is a must. Responsible for driving beverage cart on golf course and serving/selling beverages and snacks.
- Responsible for ensuring that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21.
- Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards for location.
- Performs cart set up and break down procedures including inventory management.
- Contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, golf course and facilities
- Ensures a pleasant experience for every member and guest.
- Performs special projects delegated by Food and Beverage management.
- Stays up to date on latest developments and pertinent information related to Food and Beverage as well as the Club.
- Must possess Excellent communication and organizational skills, Friendly Attitude, attention to detail, drive and motivation.
- Flexibility with schedule available with evenings and weekend work required.
