Food and Beverage Delivery Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service flow and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Assist servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and pool deck area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Support the team during busy periods by restocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure guest safety and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with POS systems, is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety practices is essential.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for culinary arts and providing an exceptional dining experience is highly valued.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
