Country Club Retirement Campus is seeking compassionate individuals that enjoy working with the elderly. STNAs provide direct care to nursing home residents, primarily for their activities of daily living, but also must include some medical care. STNAs must conduct themselves in accordance with the facility’s mission and values.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan
- Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents
- Maintain resident documentation records for activities of daily living, and restorative programs
- Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Reports all concerns and complaints voiced or shared by residents, or family members
