Farm Equipment Operator

This employee will have primary involvement in planting, harvesting, and other cropping activities. 

There will also be involvement with light maintenance of the equipment and other duties as assigned.

Duties:                        

• Planting, fertilizing, and harvesting crops as planned by the Crop Manager
• Operation of farm equipment, i.e. tractors, skid steers, etc.
• Day to day operations involved in cropping.
• Utilization of software used for auto-steering, planting, and harvesting.
• Light equipment maintenance, i.e. oil changes, greasing, etc.
• Other duties in operation of the farm, as needed.
