Job Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify leads to ensure that appointments are set with the right potential clients.
- Schedule site visits and manage appointments with clients.
- Collaborate with potential and existing clients to develop design solutions that solves customer problems, meet their needs, or offer new ideas to create unique outdoor spaces.
- Complete digital designs using software - basic drafting skills preferred.
- Identify and calculate labor, material, equipment and time requirements to prepare a proposal for client. Collaborate with management to finalize labor estimates if needed.
- Prepare and send proposals through CRM system, following up with client as necessary.
- Guide clients through the process by communicating effectively and building trust.
- Finalize product selections and scheduling details with clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with other departments to plan projects in ways that maximize efficiency and streamline workflows.
- Oversee projects during implementation to ensure they align with the design and meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Act as a mentor for other team members and embrace the vision, mission and core values of our company.
- Use slow periods as an opportunity to seek and develop new business opportunities.
