Assistant managers are responsible for retail store operations including; Customer service, patient care, inventory, cash management, and store appearance/cleanliness.
position requirements:
- Assist store manager with daily tasks to include opening and closing store.
- Assist patients by making recommendations for our 60 different rotating flower strains.
- Educate and guide patients through our full line of concentrates.
- Assist with weekly inventory orders and maintaining state requirements for inventory.
- Meet all cash handling and register management requirements.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all day-to-day interactions.
- Assist patients in obtaining and submitting their application for a medical card.
- Maintain overall store cleanliness, appearance, and display organization.
-Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours at a time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
