Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with the check-in process.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient information and medical records.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Assist in the management of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
