Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and Serve Breakfast: Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, ensuring all items are fresh, stocked, and attractively presented.
- Guest Interaction: Approach and engage with guests to ensure they have a pleasant dining experience. Be friendly, courteous, and attentive to their needs.
- Setup and Cleanup: Arrive at 5:30 AM to set up the breakfast area and stay to assist with breakdown and cleaning.
- Inventory Management: Monitor breakfast supplies and inventory, and submit orders on a weekly basis to ensure all necessary items are available.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
- Compliance: Follow all food safety and hotel regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
