We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, ensuring all food items are fresh and attractively presented.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station throughout service, including cleaning tables, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service and demonstrating excellent interaction with guests.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with meal preparation as needed, ensuring all food handling guidelines are followed.
- Handle kitchen tools safely, including knives, while preparing food items efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all aspects of food preparation and service.
- After breakfast hours, wash all equipment and utensils. Make sure food prep area, guest sitting area, servary area is clean and ready for next day.
- Sweep and Mop all breakfast areas before clocking out.
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food handling practices is essential; certification may be required depending on local regulations.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts.
- Make sure you have your own vehicle to get to work on time.
- Be able to sweep and mop breakfast areas.

Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
