Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism, providing information about the resort's amenities and services.
- Assist with night audit tasks as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately processed.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and enhance their experience.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and activities to guests.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Ability to build rapport with guests and handle guest relations effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for enhancing guest interactions.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
