- Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and manage room assignments.
- Address guest complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and assist guests with their requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred but not required.
