Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and electrical repairs
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to address maintenance concerns promptly
Experience:
- Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment
- Proficiency in maintaining residential properties
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with logic controllers and ohmmeters is a plus
- Strong leadership skills to guide maintenance projects effectively
